The head of Environmentalist Agrarian Party, Agron duka, spoke to the media outside the Assembly headquarters, when he also focused on the local elections.
He spoke in favor of the idea of competing with joint candidates, while adding that the meeting with Berisha was fruitful.
“We ourselves have thought that we should definitely be as united as possible and come up with a single candidacy because if we came up with several candidacies we would lose. The meeting went very well. Mr. Berisha received our proposals very well, such as the modalities to come up with a joint candidacy. We proposed either polls or open primaries.
Regarding the primaries of the Democratic Party, he said that it would be better to be selected through polls by a foreign company or open primaries.
