Court of Special Appeal approved this Friday the measure of indefinite imprisonment for the lawyer Alban Bengasi, accused by SPAK, of having offered 120 thousand euros to rape his ex-wife
Bengazi was declared wanted since May 2022, after the testimony of the contract killer, now an associate of justice, Nuredin Dumani. Dumani confessed to the investigators that the lawyer had initially approached him with the monetary amount, but because she was a woman, she had not accepted.
Bengazi was arrested a few months ago after he fled on warrants to Dubai and was then arrested as soon as he landed in Rinas.
He asked for relaxation of the security measures, but this was not accepted. In today’s session, with closed doors, it is learned that the lawyer did not give any testimony.
