A 53-year-old man has been prosecuted this Monday in Kruja after he threatened another citizen with a shotgun.
Police revealed that the event took place in the village of Brret, Krujë, where after having a conflict with the 47-year-old citizen, the 53-year-old man threatened him with the gun.
Following police action, the shotgun was seized as material evidence.
“Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Krujë Police Station have referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, and the proceedings have begun in a free state for a 53-year-old resident of the village of Brret, Krujë, after he was in conflict for weak motives, with a 47-year-old man, and threatened him with a shotgun”, said the police announcement.
