The mayor of Kolonja, Erion Isai, was in SPAK this Tuesday where he gave his statement regarding an event that, according to him, happened a long time ago and is not related to election crimes.
In his speech to the media, Isai stated that he was called to SPAK as a person who has information and not as a witness.
“It has nothing to do with election crimes, I was summoned as a person who was aware about that situation. It is related to a concrete situation long time ago, where the Municipality was not involved in a direct public tender but as an institution in the know”, he said.
