A 52-year-old man was arrested this Thursday by the police in Kavaja after he tried to kill a 33-year-old man with an ax during a conflict for weak motives.
Owner of the bar was put in handcuffs after he supported the 52-year-old man in this serious event, destroying the place and the event and giving false testimony.
The author, Artur Petja, tried to kill the 33-year-old, while the owner of the bar, Elton Dedej, was arrested for the criminal offenses of “Supporting the author of the crime” and “Organizing or exercising gambling activities in violation of the law”.
“After the conflict in his bar, this citizen destroyed the scene, while when he was questioned by the Police officer, he stated that the 33-year-old was injured after falling down the stairs.
During the check on the mobile phone of the citizen Elton Dedeja, the Police services found open pages that serve for gambling./abcnews.al
