In the last 24 hours, 25 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Albania bringing the total number of infected to 1,029.
24 of those infected are in Tirana, turning the capital into a hotspot again. Of these, 15 are in a call center of the capital.
Meanwhile, during the last 24 hours, a 69-year-old man from Tirana lost his life in the Infectious Diseases Hospital due to coronavirus. So far, the death toll has risen to 33 since the pandemic began.
In the last 24 hours, 8 citizens have been recovered. Currently, there are 193 active cases in Albania with COVID-19, mainly in Tirana, Durrës, Kruja, Shkodra./abcnews.al
