The testimony of policemen Gjergj Ndershtiqaj and Gjon Nika, who were injured on Tuesday evening in Grudë e Re in Shkodër, is revealed. They stated that they did not see the people who shot at them as soon as they got out of the car and claimed that they had no conflicts with anyone.
“As soon as we got out of the car, we heard gunshots. We have not been able to see who they were who shot us with guns. We don’t have conflicts with other people and we don’t know the reason why they shot us. At the moment when the shooting started, we moved quickly trying to escape.
We stayed behind the car until they left,” they told the investigators. Journalist Simon Shkreli reports that 140 shell casings were found at the scene. They were shot with two Kalashnikov firearms, which were found in the burned Renault type car, while another Kalashnikov was found in the trunk of the car.
