The court has given the security measure “prison arrest” for the lawyer, Alban Bengasi. The session for the lawyer Alban Bengasi, arrested two days ago in Rinas, started at 12:00 in the Special Court, the session took place behind closed doors, due to the preservation of investigative secrecy.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office requested earlier the security measure “prison arrest” for Alban Bengasi, who was declared wanted thanks to the “Golden Bullet” operation. The investigation showed that Bengasi spoke with Dumani about the murder of his wife, giving him 120,000 euros.
Bengasi was asking Dumani to also use violence against his ex-wife, ABC News journalist Ermal Vija reports.
The lawyer was arrested just two days ago in Rinas, as he returned from Dubai. He will face charges of domestic violence within a structured criminal group.
