GJKKO dismisses SPAK for the property of Bashkim Dedja until the full investigation

GJKKO( Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime) has dropped SPAK to pass for trial the file for sequestration of property of the former head of the Constitutional Court Bashkim Dedja.

Judge Erjon Bani has once again returned the case to the SPAK for full completion of the investigation into this case. SPAK charged Dedja with concealment of income and false declaration. Referring to the SPAK investigations, it turns out that the former judge has real estate that he does not justify with the declared sources of income.

SPAK has so far seized an apartment in the Golem beach area owned by Dedja./abcnews.al
