A 41-year-old man was arrested by the Gjirokastra police this Wednesday after physically and psychologically abusing his minor daughter.
According to the police, the detainee is citizen with initials S. Ç., 41 years old, resident in Gjirokastra.
Meanwhile, the materials against him were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”
“He used physical and psychological violence against his minor daughter, the 41-year-old man was arrested.
Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes of the Gjirokastër Police Station arrested the citizen S. Ç., 41 years old, a resident of Gjirokastër, in the act, after having physically abused his minor daughter”, as quoted from the police announcement.
