The former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, refused to answer the questions of SPAK prosecutors in the capacity of the defendant. He made a statement in court, where he said that he would only answer the questions of the lawyers and at that stage, according to him, even the prosecutors have the right to ask questions. According to the representatives of the investigation body, this is called a rejection by Mediu.
Meanwhile, the court also reported on the completion of the letter orders that must be sent to the USA for the question of Patrick Henry and 4 other representatives of the “SAC” company.
The prosecutors said that their questioning by video conference is difficult to carry out on their part and they propose that it be carried out in a court session. Mediu’s lawyers, but also the representative of the victims’ families, agreed that the session should be held by video conference. There is still no decision-making at this point, which is expected to be decided in the coming days by the black squads.
The next session will be held on March 27 at 09:00, while this Wednesday Denis Hajdari, Anjola Agolli and Luan Hoxha did not appear again to testify and were not found at the respective addresses to receive notification that it will be repeated the call for their question.
