Prosecution of Elbasan has completed the investigations and has sent this Friday for adjudication the four minors who are accused of murdering the 15-year-old in Gramsh.
Four minors with the initials E.K., S.M., O.Ç. and Xh.Ç. is accused of the criminal offense “Murder in other qualifying circumstances”, committed in cooperation and attempted against the minor with the initials M.L.
Earlier on, the teenagers clashed with each other inside a neighborhood near the “Asllan Shahini” school in Gramsh, one of them armed with a knife and an iron handle shot the 15-year-old to death, while his cousin M.L. was injured.
According to further evidence at the scene, only the two cousins were students of the “Asllan Shahini” school, the other four children were residents of the village of Cërunjë.
After the social media conflicts, they traveled straight and waited for the two cousins until they finished school, to ambush them a little further, so that they could be seen from the school.
In the middle of the neighborhood and in the middle of the day, it seems that no one intervened to quell the conflict.
Witnesses have declared that the conflict was between the boys and the injured boy, while the 15-year-old who died intervened to protect his cousin.
