Four people in Diber have been criminally prosecuted for illegal cutting of forests and construction without permission this Wednesday.
Two of them, 36 and 32 years old from Bulqiza, were prosecuted after they were caught transporting wood for fire with their vehicles, which had been cut in violation of the law.
For the other two from Dibra, 64 and 65 years old, criminal proceedings were initiated after they were found to be carrying out works for the construction of two buildings, without having a permit.
Afterwards, the materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër General Jurisdiction for further actions.
