A criminal event has been prevented this Tuesday in Kruja, where the police officers have arrested 4 citizens who threatened the owner of a business with firearms, to withdraw the complaint against one of the arrested accused of committing theft in his business.
During the controls, 1 firearm, pistol, 1 double shotgun and 2 mobile phones were seized.
Kalashnikov firearm that was possessed by the 26-year-old without a permit, 2 magazines and 54 combat cartridges, were found by the Police and seized as material evidence.
Furthermore, suspected narcotic cannabis plants suspected to have been cultivated by the citizen suspected of theft were found and seized.
After arrest, the materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
“Services of Kruja Police Station, after receiving the notification about a conflict with firearms, in the neighborhood “Kastrioti”, Fushë Krujë, immediately organized and finalized the coded police operation “Step by step”, to prevent the further escalation of the conflict.
As part of this operation, the following citizens were arrested:
– E. B., 25 years old, A. H., 18 years old, both residents of Zalle village; S. H., 42 years old and A. H., 18 years old, both residents of Borizana.
The citizen S. H. allegedly stole from a business (car dealership), owned by the citizen B. H., who filed a police report on this citizen. Then, the citizen S.H., together with the other 3 arrested citizens, threatened the citizen B.H. with a firearm, to withdraw the report.
Also, from the investigative actions, it is suspected that the citizen S. H. cultivated narcotic plants that were found in the village of Picrraghe.
As material evidence, 1 pistol firearm, 1 double shotgun, 2 mobile phones and the suspected cannabis narcotic plants were seized”, procliamed the law and order.
