Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK) has summoned former Prime Minister Sali Berisha this Tuesday to interrogate him regarding the privatization of the former “Partizani” sports complex.
Session for the “Partizani” affair is expected to take place at 10:00, while it is not known whether Berisha himself will go personally or send the defense lawyers.
He has been under the “house arrest” security measure for three weeks, which was executed on December 30, 2023.
In addition to Berisha, the investigations of the new justice have included his son-in-law Jamarbër Malletz, who will be questioned on January 25, two days after his father-in-law.
Malltezi is under the security measure “house arrest” and is being investigated for money laundering for the privatization of the former “Partizani” complex./abcnews.al
