The former Minister of Finance, Shkelqim Cani, has appeared at SPAK to be asked about the concession of sterilization of surgical tools. His call was made due to a letter signed by him in 2015.
Today, by order of SPAK, the police arrested the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodjan Rrjepaj and the businessman Ilir Rrapaj, the owner of the company Investital LLC.
Rrapaj together with a group of Italian companies, in which he had 40 percent of the shares, won the concession worth 100 million euros. This questionable concession costs the state budget about 13 million euros per year.
