Former Director of Agency for Legalisation, Urbanisation and Integration of Informal Areas and Buildings Arben Isaku was released from jail.
He was arrested before for the consequences of the earthquake november.

Arben Isaku was among the arrested of the tragic earthquake in Durres. He was accused for “Abuse of Duty”.
