GJKKO has decided to sentence former Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla to 2 years in prison. Also, Llalla will not exercise political function for 5 years.

Meanwhile, it has been learned that 4 land plots have been seized from Adriatik Llalla, which in total amount to over 22 thousand square meters. An apartment in the city of Durres was also seized from Llalla.

According to the GJKKO, former Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla did not have legal sources of assets.

Llalla was charged with several criminal offenses including “Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or any other person who has a legal obligation to declare.” Adriatik Llalla was also investigated for money laundering, but in the final he was sent to trial only for concealing wealth.
