Five people have been handcuffed in Tirana as part of the police operation codenamed “Shady Snake”.
They had adapted the premises of some entities for the organization of games of chance, as well as practiced the illegal activity of placing sports bets through mobile phones.
During the checks carried out in several subjects, on the mobile phones of these persons, the Police services found pages and links that served for placing sports bets.
During the operation, 7 cell phones used for this illegal activity were seized as material evidence./abcnews.al
