Two people: citizens with initials M. B., 18 years old and S. Y., 17 years old, both residents of Fier, have been arrested by Fier police after being accused of selling narcotics.
During checks, the officers found on these citizens, ammunition and a metal stick like the Police, which were seized as material evidence, along with a quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis.
Afterwards, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics”, “Production, possession, purchase or sale without permission of cold weapons” and “Unauthorized production and possession of weapons and military ammunition”.
“Specialists for the Investigation of Narcotics of DVP Fier, in cooperation with the services of the Special Force “Shqiponja”, with the support of information intelligence, for a case of the sale of the narcotic substance cannabis, in doses, have organized and finalized the coded police operation” Sheqi”, as a result of which the citizens M. B., 18 years old and S. Y., 17 years old, both residents of Fier, were put in handcuffs.
From the investigative actions carried out as part of this operation, it is suspected that the 2 young men cooperated in the sale of doses of the narcotic substance cannabis, in different neighborhoods of the city of Fier. Also, from the controls, the Police services found on these citizens, ammunition and a metal stick like the Police, which were seized as material evidence, together with a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cannabis”, the police announcement said.
