A 38-year-old man was put in handcuffs in Patos, Fier, after allegedly trying to have sexual intercourse with a 27-year-old woman.
The young man, Viraldo Dervishi, is suspected of having taken the girl in question in the vehicle and taken her to his apartment, against her will, with whom he tried to forcibly have sexual intercourse.

This citizen, yesterday, allegedly took a 27-year-old citizen in a vehicle and took her to his apartment, against her will, with whom he attempted to have sexual intercourse with violence.
During this time, this citizen also used violence against his mother, who intervened to remove the 27-year-old from the apartment.
The procedural materials for this case were submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for the criminal offenses ‘Domestic violence’, ‘Illegal deprivation of liberty’, ‘Other intentional damage’ and ‘Sexual intercourse with violence’ with adults”, left in the attempt.
