A 52-year-old man in the prison of Fier died on the way to the hospital, after showing some concerns and complications.
It is known that the incident happened in the early hours of this morning and it is suspected that the cause of the victim’s death was a heart attack. The roommate discovered the health problem and notified the authorities, who took measures to send him to the hospital.
It is learned that the 52-year-old arrived at the hospital without signs of life. ABC News reporter Valbona Davidhi reports that the victim, a resident of Mallakastër, has been in custody since 2021 and was awaiting trial for the criminal offense of narcotics cultivation.
