Her defense has objected, as Timofeeva has passed the terms of detention and should have been released from prison.
However, the Court of Elbasan has agreed to consider the prosecution’s request for the postponement of the security measure.
This has caused the defense to request the dismissal of the judge. Based on the fact that the judge of the case is the president of the court, the request for exclusion must be examined by the Court of Appeal in Tirana.
Today’s session has nothing to do with the extradition process, but it is an important and main session.
