A serious incident happened to the former Member of Parliament Eduard Ndocaj, whose house in Milan, Italy caught fire and it is suspected in advance that an electric spark may have been the cause.
In a statement for the Albanian local media, Ndocaj told the whole moment when the event happened, stressing that it was 02:30 after midnight and that everyone was asleep.
He declared that unfortunately he managed to save nothing from the house, not even his clothes.
“Confirmed cause of the fire is still unknown, but based on what was discussed, it was an electrical spark. It was 2:30 AM and we were all asleep.
We heard it happening above the bedrooms where we live and remembered that it really wasn’t a burglar and not a fire. It was a big noise.
When I went out to look on the stairs of the building, the smoke had come up to half and then we all got out quickly and called the intervention, the police and the fire department.
We managed to get out as we were because it was night, everyone was asleep, but at least there were no injuries to us or the girl.
On the top floor, everything was burnt, I couldn’t even get the body’s clothes”, said Ndocaj.
