A 26-year-old Euron Balla has been arrested this Tuesday by Durrës Police after firing a Kalashnikov in the air to threaten his 63-year-old cousin, after a conflict for trivial motives.
Used firearm that was possessed by the 26-year-old without a permit, 2 combs and 54 combat cartridges, were found by the Police and seized as material evidence.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offenses “Possessing without permission and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”, “Intimidation” and “Demolition of public peace”
“After receiving the notification that in the village of Jube, Durrës, a citizen had shot a firearm in the air, the services of the Durrës Police Station, in cooperation with the Operational Force, organized the work and arrived at the notified place, with the aim of arresting the author.
As a result of the immediate intervention within the coded police operation “Kalibri”, the citizen Euron Balla, 26 years old, resident of the village of Jubë, Durrës, was caught and arrested.
