Force of Law Operation (OFL) has sought Thursday the sources of assets to several persons from Fier, Vlora, Gjirokastra, Elbasan and Dibra, who have been convicted of serious criminal offenses.
The OFL has cast its eyes towards Fier criminals: A. D. (Rr.), convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”; S. D., convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking” and M. A., convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”;
Form Vlora is citizen Ll. D., convicted of the criminal offense “Murder in other qualifying circumstances”, remaining attempted, while Sh. K., resident in Elbasan has been convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder” and persons M. B., with S. S., both residents of Dibra are charged with “Premeditated Murder”.
Most dangerous of all the law breakers is A. A., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of “Criminal organization”, “Committing of criminal offenses by criminal organizations and structured criminal group”, “Murder of State Police employees”, committed in collaboration and five counts of “Attempted murder of State Police employees”, committed in collaboration.
Nevertheless, these perpetrators have to fill in the self-declaration form within the next 48 hours in the framework of anti-organized crime and serious crimes fight. Information collected from law-breakers’ self-declaration will then be submitted to the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized (SPAK) for further legal action, according to the Force of Law.
“OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for imposing of emergency seizures on assets suspected to have been obtained from crime, as well as for sending the self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law”, notified the Force of Law among other things./abcnews.al
