The General Director of the State Police, Gledis Nano this Tuesday during the presentation of the budget of the Ministry of Interior has listed all the points where the investments will be mainly focused.
Nano has stated that police officers working away from the residential center will have a 50% pay rise.
“The budget of the ministry supports the functioning and activity of operational structures. Staff costs increase by ALL 200 million, which will make it possible to increase salaries and handle working hours. Also for police officers working outside the housing centers, who will receive up to 50% additional salary.
For more than four years the rental of cars of the traffic police fleet has been processed. The budget of 2022 will be included the fund and increase the receipt of these funds, also the purchase and provision of intelligence equipment for the police.
The construction of the local directorate in Elbasan and Dibër, the Commissariat in Saranda will be financed. “Equipment for information technology and scientific police, these devices will ensure the quality of evidence for criminal police,” he said.
