The Democratic Party has sued a file against 50 people in SPAK, as a structured criminal group. Among the defendants is also the Prime Minister Edi Rama.
As previously promised, after the submission of the report to the Plenary Session, the Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party and at the same time the chairwoman of the Commission of Inquiry of Incinerators, stated in a press conference today that the Democratic Party is bringing to SPAK a criminal report for 50 people of the Structured Criminal Group. According to Tabakut, the investigation over 3 months and the data obtained earlier have produced such a criminal report.
Tabaku called on SPAK to investigate the three issues for incinerators, that of Tirana, Elbasan and Fier as a single file. “I ask SPAK not to have special files for the investigation of these issues. SPAK should summarize these three issues in a file. All three should be investigated together. “All 50 individuals are the same,” she said.
The deputy chairman of the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku, said that today Edi Rama is treating incinerators and their owners the same as pensioners.
