Member of Parliament, Flamur Noka appeared on Tuesday morning at the premises of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), where he gave clarifications on several reports related to the election crimes he claims to have been committed before the May 14 local elections.
One of the reports is against the Mayor of Roskovec, Majlinda Bufi, whom he accuses of abusing office by using the administration for the electoral campaign.
In a statement to the media after the testimony he gave in SPAK, the MP said he presented evidence for two cases that he has reported.
“We have monitored and presented to SPAK a lot of lawsuits about this father. Today I was to discuss two issues, with Mrs. Majlinda Bufi as a threat and blackmailer of citizens to forcefully give them the vote and the famous case of the activist who also blackmailed the administration.
Both of these are serious electoral crimes and we will go to the end. All the evidence we have has been submitted. The fact that I am here means that there is a criminal investigation into Bufi and the activist. Voting with violence and pressure must end. We are here to stick to this until the end”, said Noka.
