Declared wanted by Italy for drug trafficking, a 47-year-old man is arrested in Albania

A 47-year-old man from Durrës with three different names was arrested by the Albanian police for the purpose of extradition to the Italian state. Police announce that the Court of Appeal in Ancona, Italy, has sentenced him to 6 years and 8 months in prison for drug trafficking. Immediately after his arrest, Tirana and Rome started extradition proceedings to Italy.

Services of the Police Commissariat no. 3, as a result of the continuous exchange of information between OGC Interpol Tirana, made possible the capture and arrest for extradition to Italy of the citizen Kreshnik Budlla alias Besnik Farruku alias Sokol Koci, 47 years old, resident in Durrës.
