Declared internationally wanted, police arrested a 52-year-old

Durres police have arrested a 52-year-old man on behalf of Italian justice. The blues of the capital suggest that E. Gj., 52 years old, resident in Durrës, was arrested in order to extradite him to the Italian state.

The 52-year-old was declared internationally wanted after judicial authorities in Verona / Italy issued an international arrest warrant against him, for the criminal offenses of “Illegal deprivation of liberty” and “Exploitation of prostitution”, provided by the Criminal Code of Italy.

Following the successive operations to apprehend nationally and internationally wanted persons, the Narcotics Investigation Section in the Local Police Directorate of Durrës, in cooperation with the Operational Unit of the Traffic Police Directorate and Interpol Tirana, within the coded police operation “Verona”, made the temporary arrest and arrest, in order to extradite to Italy, the citizen:

-E. Gj., 52 years old, resident in Durrës.
