Interior Minister Bledi Çuci, at the “cyber security challenges in Albania” Conference, said that our country has learned a lesson after cyber attacks. He emphasized that today the most acute problem is cyber security, so he added that the State Police must also be mobilized to respond to the challenges that this new era is bringing.
“The most acute problem is and will continue to be for a long time, security of inflammation and protection from cyber attacks. Safety comes first and that’s the price we have to pay. After the cyber attack on the State Police systems, we had to learn a good lesson to focus more and more on the protection of our systems,” he said.
He said that the State Police has the great burden of having all the necessary capacities to guarantee citizens’ data.
