In his speech at the Gazment Assembly, Bardhi stated that the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party presented four amendments.
He also analyzed this year’s innovations, which according to him are related to; “all protesters are pardoned, secondly no member of organized crime benefits from the amnesty and also the third innovation; no subject convicted by the special court or who is under criminal prosecution benefits from the amnesty.
“We will do the amnesty when the moment comes. The first item on the agenda should be the interview with Rama about the drug affair in Xibraka. Every deputy has the right to present amendments that are published in the plenary session. The DP parliamentary group has submitted four amendments.
The Assembly must have the opportunity to conduct reviews responsibly. The Assembly has announced ending impunity as a national priority, and as in the amendment proposed by the DP parliamentary group, there are three innovations, unlike in the past.
They are; all protesters are forgiven, secondly no member of organized crime benefits from amnesty and third innovation; no subject convicted by the special court or who is under criminal prosecution benefits from the amnesty. Albanians should know that with our amendment, no official, high-ranking person convicted of corruption, abuse of tenders, misappropriation of tenders will benefit from the amnesty and everything else is a lie that needs attention”, he said.
