The Court of Appeals has again postponed the court session against the former Minister of Interior Saimir Tahiri and the former director of the Vlora police Jaeld Çela.

Journalist Glidona Daci reports for Abc News that the former minister will not be present at this session again, but only his lawyer Maks Haxhia.

Among other things, it has been learned that Tahiri’s lawyer after the request made by the former director of Vlora Police for the exclusion of the trial panel, he will request the same with the same arguments presented by Jaeld Çela where according to the argument the trial panel has reviewed other requests of the Habilaj group about the process.

Meanwhile, Çela is expected to be present at this court hearing session this Thursday after  self-surrender to the police.

At the moment of self-surrender Çela stated that the prosecution has no evidence against him and the only evidence is a congratulatory message from Moisi Habili.

He thanked all the police officers who helped him escape during these years./abcnews.al
