The Democratic Party and the Socialist Movement for Integration signed the coalition agreement today. In her speech Monika Kryemadhi said that PD and SMI will be together as an alliance against the failures of the Rama government.
“Unification and consolidation will be necessary for the future of Albania and Albanians. The SMI and the DP have come together as an alliance against the failures of the Rama government. Our partnership sends a strong signal to all Albanians that change is coming.
I know there will be many of those that the SMI is a party growing from the left-wing electorate, but a party like us and the PD a right-wing party I want to address that first in both the SMI and the PD we will continue to be the eye intensity with their ideas.
We pledge that we will find a common language of cooperation. Our partnership will allow the SMI to pursue its political agenda.
The two political forces have decided to run on separate lists on 25 th April. The agreement signed today contains 13 points, where the focus is to get the country out of the crisis. / abcnews.al
