The President of the Constitutional Court Vitore Tusha testified today in the Prosecutor’s Office about the indictment made by the President of the Republic Ilir Meta to the head of KED Ardian Dvorani.
Journalist Glidona Daci reports for abcnews.al that Tusha has given her explanations on KED meetings, for which the head of state has filed charges against Dvorani.
It is learned that the Prosecution is expected to seize the minutes of the KED meetings and audio recordings of meetings of this key institution of the justice system.
After all the explanations she has given, she has left without accepting to give further explanations to the media.
The presidency accuses Dvorani of lack of transparency, whose purpose was to manipulate the process in electing members of the Constitutional Court.
After the testimony of Mrs. Tusha will be called in to give testimony to the members of the KED.
Ardian Dvorani, meanwhile, has stated that he will make all the documents available to prove that there is no violation of the Constitution./abcnews.al
