A 21-year-old was arrested after he caused a car accident with one victim just a day ago in Tirana. The event happened at ‘Mother Tereza’ boulevard in Kamez.
The victim was a woman, the citizen with initials F.M., 46-year-old while two others were injured and fortunately are out of life danger.
