Prime Minister Berisha has issued a strong statement today regarding the trial for appointing the leadership of the Democratic Party. Berisha said that this would lead to big clashes, because according to him, the Democrats have already decided who will lead the DP.
“There is an attempt by Edi Rama through judges like Blerina Muçi to undermine Albanian political pluralism, which will lead us to big clashes. Pluralism is set in the December Assembly and in April. “So far we have dealt with our issues, now we will face the government”, said Berisha.
The DP has also asked the Assembly to replace the head of the Parliamentary Group, who should not be Enkelejd Alibeaj. Even in this regard, Berisha said that it is an attempt to take pluralism hostage.
