Opposition leader Lulzim Basha has begun the meeting with Durres businessmen part of the “Journey for Albania” tour.
In a conversation with citizens, the opposition leader says the business sector is being overwhelmed by the current government’s misguided politics.
“We have the worst business climate in Europe, a liberated business is the vision for a successful business. Albanians need a government that does not make their lives more difficult, ”Basha said.
Speaking about government concessions and fiscal cash registers, Basha says small businesses will not report periodically to the Ministry of Finance.
“The business sector in Albania is struggling for survival, as a result of the failed politics of this government which have hit both small and large businesses.
We are being overwhelmed by the effects of tax increases, of rising costs and ubiquitous corruption that have caused the worst business climate in the region and in Europe according to the latest World Bank measurements.
“So we’re here today to show that the DP is for lower taxes, we will work to restore success in the economy, the business sector is struggling for survival,declared Basha. /abcnews.al
