Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha will pay a visit to Kosovo on Monday, where he will meet with heads of state and political leaders.
Mr. Basha’s visit comes after the invitation of the Prime Minister of Kosovo Avdullah Hoti.
Sources for Abcnews.al have announced that during his visit in Kosovo, the opposition leader will meet with Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, President Hashim Thaçi, Speaker of Parliament Vjosa Osmani and leaders of political parties, Vetvendosje, the Democratic League of Kosovo, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, the Social Democratic Initiative and the New Kosovo Alliance.
Mr. Basha’s visit to Kosovo takes place at an very important time because of the developments of recent weeks, the dialogue Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, President Thaçi’s interview in The Hague but also at a time when Albania and Kosovo are facing the challenge of health management but also economic of the situation created by Covid19.
During the meeting with the Prime Minister of Kosovo in Tirana, the Leader of the Democratic Party assessed the need for a stronger economic cooperation between Albania and Kosovo./abcnews.al
