Taulant Balla (Albanian Socialist Party politician and Member of Parliament for Durrës) in his speech in the assembly emphasized that there will be no legalization of cannabis in Albania.
Balla, among other things, stressed out that such a thing has been misused, as the government’s goal is to establish cannabis as an agricultural culture for medical purposes.
“There is no legalization of cannabis in Albania, but we want to research all the practices for this agricultural culture that has a long yield and creates a cycle of new economic for medical reasons and for other things within the industry./abcnews.al
