The Special Court has rejected Ramazan Rraja’s request for a change in the security measure and has not change the meausure the arrest and imprisonment decision.
Rraja was arrested as the person who provided the conditions for the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and for carrying weapons without a permit.
He asked to be released from the cell with the argument that he has health problems, but the request was rejected. Rraja is accused of providing the conditions to commit murder and armed robbery without permission.
The incident took place on November 1, 2019 at the Shkozeti to Durrës overpass, where former prosecutor Ndoja and his friend Aleksandër Laho were injured as a result and driver Andi Maloku lost his life.
Ramazan Rraja was arrested in a bar in the Fushë-Kruja area. The 30-year-old, a well-known man of the world of crime, grandson of SP deputy Rrahman Rraja, was wanted for the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and Rrumi to Shijak.
