In Albania there are around 200 buildings where cannabis is cultivated indoors. The figure was made public by journalist Artan Hoxha in the studio of “Abc Live”, who added that currently only 7 to 10% of these buildings have been discovered.
Only today, two “shtëpi bari” were captured, one in Kashar and one in Tropoja. The journalist also discovered that light bulbs that consume less energy have entered Albania.
“There are 21 building indoor cannabis cultivation facilities. And there is super production. 7-10% are caught. And it is a problem that there are very large numbers. The police should cooperate with OSHEE. We decided to increase the price of energy, hence cultivate cannabis with bulbs. Many Albanians produce bread at home.
“Light bulbs have come in that do not consume much. “They are specialists who did it in England and after learning it there they come here.” said Hoxha.
