The presentation of Altin Duman as the head of SPAK has started. He will succeed Arben Kraja in three years. The latter said during the ceremony that he has faith in Duman that he will further the work of the special structure. The head of KLP, Alfred Balla, is also present at the ceremony.
Duman was elected head of SPAK on Friday by receiving 5 votes from 10 members of the High Council of Prosecution. This is the second time he ran to take the “reins” of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, after the first time he failed to win against Arben Kraja.
