All Albanian emigrants will have to declare their residence address abroad.
The decision of the Council of Ministers to make the declaration mandatory also defines a special form for this purpose, while everything will be done through e-Albania.
According to this decision, if immigrants have a legal obligation to declare their residence address abroad and if they refuse to do so they will not have the right to vote or even worse, they will not receive Civil Status services, such as obtaining various documents, including obtaining a passport or identity card.
In case of change of address, immigrants are obliged to declare their new place of residence within 60 days. /abcnews.al
