The co-chairman of the Electoral Reform Commission, Enkelejd Alibeaj, has stated that he is open for proposals from all opposition parties for the Electoral Commission.
He emphasized that he is only a representative of the Democratic Party and not of the interests of the opposition in the parliament.
“I will be honest with anyone. I am the co-chairman of this commission, requested many years ago by the Democratic Party, because the majority did not want it. To be honest, I am a representative of the Democratic Party, and not the interests of the opposition in parliament.
Therefore, I am not strict and closed about those matters, and do not add others. Each of those members of the opposition is welcome to bring new proposals, propose and discuss them. Here is another fact that we must be equal as the opposition and the majority”, said Alibeaj.
