Journalist Esiona Konomi reported for ABC Nea that in Elbasan there is a problem regarding electronic voting because in some villages they do not have access. No technical problems were reported in Kamez and Vorë.
The problem at the national level remains the device that makes the electronic identification of the elections. It has to do with the lack of operators to use the device. Some operators have not yet appeared at the polling stations to receive the equipment.
