German police has arrested the citizen Silvester Driza, who will be extradited to Albania, the police announced.
Driza was declared an international wanted man, it is suspected that in 2017 he founded a fictitious company with a field of activity in the integrated handling of inerts and issued invoices with high prices, until the end of 2018, when he was approved for legal permission to perform this activity.
In the meantime, Interpol Tirana in cooperation with Interpol Wiesbaden/Germany, is conducting procedures for the extradition of this citizen to our country.
“Following the cooperation between Interpol Tirana and counterparts, for the localization, capture and extradition of citizens wanted by the SPAK, within the police operation coded “Freiburg”, as a result of the information provided and the exchange in time, by the Police German citizen S. D., 30 years old, has been caught in Freiburg, Germany, and has been arrested for the purpose of extradition to Albania.
The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, Tirana, has assigned this citizen the security measure of ‘Prison arrest’, for the criminal offense of ‘Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity'”, said the police.
