The satellite service in the Republic of Albania is being presented at the Prime Minister’s premises. The Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, has informed that today the 6 million dollar contract of the Satellite Service in the field of defense and security for monitoring with advanced technology in the entire territory of the Republic of Albania will be signed between the National Civil Defense Agency and the Operator. Peleshi emphasized that Albania is entering a new phase of digitalization.
He announced that the two satellites Albania 1 and Albania 2 will be used initially for a period of 3 years.
