Albania shelters the first group of Afghans

The first group of 121 Afghan citizens who arrived in Albania was accommodated in three hotel facilities in the coastal city. Journalists Ermal Vija and Leonidha Musaj report that 60 of them are sheltered in “Prestige” while 56 others are sheltered in Hotel “Belvedere” in Plepa.

The government has applied strict security measures in the hotel facilities where Afghan citizens are accommodated. Their activity will be limited around the premises where they are accommodated.

 

Meanwhile, medical and police services have been contacted for any case they may need. It is not yet known how long this group will stay in Durres. /abcnews.al
